Welcome to Summarize ("we", "our", or "the Application"). By creating an account, downloading, or accessing the application across Mobile or Web, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service.

2. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain 100% ownership of your logged data, including expenses, goals, habit streaks, and study plans. All bank SMS processing is performed entirely on-device; raw SMS contents are never transferred or stored on our servers. For full details, review our Privacy Policy.

4. Account Deletion & Grace Periods

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Requests initiated inside your Profile Settings are placed on a 24-hour grace period before permanent wipe.
• External Web Request: Requests submitted via our public Account Deletion Page have a 7-day grace period with verified email verification.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Summarize is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and data integrity, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
