• SMS reading permissions (READ_SMS) are used exclusively on your local device to filter and extract transaction amounts and merchant names.
• Raw SMS messages are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on external servers.
• Only the resulting expense entry you explicitly review and choose to log is saved to your account.

3. Data Stored on Cloud (Firestore)

When you sign in, your data is securely stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore and encrypted in transit and at rest:

• Account & Profile: Email address, display name, profile photo URL (if Google login is used).
• Productivity Data: User-logged expenses, monthly target goals, daily habit check-in timestamps, and streak statistics.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active. You maintain full ownership and can initiate deletion anytime:

• In-App Deletion (Logged In): Scheduled with a 24-hour grace period. Accessible inside your Profile Settings.
• External Web Deletion (Public Request): Anyone can submit a deletion request with their registered email at our public Account Deletion Page (with a 7-day grace period).

5. Third-Party Services & Analytics

We use official Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics) for core functionality. No personal financial or goal data is ever sold, leased, or shared with third-party advertisers.
